Inclusive Clinics, PLLC strives to provide reasonable and cost-effective care for all of our patients.
Below is a list of the current insurance carriers accepted at Inclusive Clinics:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield (Texas)
- Mail Handlers
- Medicaid (Traditional and Select)
- Superior Health Plan
- United Healthcare
- Various other commercial insurance companies
Our doctors are out-of-network doctors for PPO and POS insurances as well as other plans with specified out-of-network benefits.
Medicare and secondary insurance is accepted as well as assignment of Medicare benefits (weekend and after-hours appointments are not Medicare-covered services and an additional $120 fee applies
- For patients whose insurance does not offer out-of-network benefits or for self-pay patients our initial office visit charge is $140. Any testing is additional, the cost of which will be happily furnished up-front upon request.

After-hour, weekend, and holiday visits are also gladly offered. In the event our doctors must make a special trip to the office, specifically to see you, the visit is priced at $250.
Our full-time business and billing office is happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf so that you may receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
How much does an office visit cost?
The initial regular office visit fee is $140
. The initial office visit fee for patients enrolling in our
SUBOXONE treatment program is $250,
follow-up visits priced at
$150. The frequency of follow-up visits is determined on an individual basis.
